Take Care of Your Eyes, O Blogger!

Just read this interesting, and a little scary, piece over at Erwin Tan’s Blog. He took it off another blog that talked about this Computer Vision Syndrome. Considering that recently, I have been experiencing similar symptoms of blurred vision, dry eyes and so on… this was a wake up call for me… too much time in front of the Computer!

Do Read It.

    Yeah..I second to that.

    “A price to pay”

But we could minimise the danger by spending more time away from our computers. ( Something which is rather difficult for me ) :)

I do get lethargic with bad headaches and giddiness lately, so I think I should really really take a break.

    Thanks for the mention Calvin.

    Cheers,
    Erwin
